Your monthly contribution ensures 24/7 security, pristine communal areas, and the upkeep of all roads and facilities — so you can enjoy peace of mind and focus on living the lifestyle you love.
Monthly municipal rates are paid directly to the Dihlabeng Municipality, as determined by the Rates Valuation Roll. Water and electricity are calculated according to usage.
